Cycling in Leicester
Cycling is great way to get around a busy city. It's healthy, environmentally friendly, and affordable.
Wheels to Work
The Wheels to Work scheme offers the chance to hire an electric bike at £45 per month for six months. If you're a Leicester resident, have secured a placement in work, education or training and are over the age of 16, you could be eligible to hire an e-bike. Our bikes are located at the city council’s Town Hall Bike Park, LE1 9BG, in the basement of the Town Hall. The entrance is on the corner of Town Hall Square and Horsefair Street.
