Funerals, burials and cremations

Following the death of a person, it will be necessary to make arrangements for a burial or cremation.

If you have a preference to whether you wish to be buried or cremated, you should make your wishes clear to your family, friends or executor. It is advisable that you leave clear instructions in your will.

Guiding principles for burials and cremations

We are members of the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management (ICCM). Our cemeteries and crematorium are managed to deliver a high quality service to bereaved families at all times, and in accordance with the institute's guiding principles for burials and cremations.

All our cremation and burial facilities shall be managed with competence and efficiency, to ensure that the entire bereavement experience occurs without error or insensitivity, and meets the religious, secular, ethnic and cultural needs of the bereaved.
