We can collect garden waste, such as leaves, twigs and grass cuttings, fortnightly on Mondays between March and November. Subscriptions need to be renewed every 12 months.
Open to new customers
Due to the popularity of the garden waste service, we have added more collection vehicles so that we can offer the service to more customers. We have invited everyone on the waiting list to join the service, however sometimes these messages are filtered to junk and spam folders and you may not have seen it. If you would like to join the service, all you need to do now is to follow the link above, regardless of whether or not you have been on a waiting list.
Renewing your subscription
Subscriptions need to be renewed every 12 months. You are able to renew your existing subscription online as soon as you receive your renewal invoice, using the quick link above. If you have set up an annual direct debit you do not need to do anything, your payment will be taken automatically on your renewal date.
We will send renewal information to you prior to your renewal date.
